The 4^th Athens International Arbitration Forum was organized by Sakkoulas Publications in October 2023. Managing Partner Ioannis Stavropoulos participated in a discussion with colleagues Mr. Charles Nairac, Mr. Michele Potestà and Dr. Sotiris Dempegiotis as well as Professors Mr. Haris Pamboukis and Mr. Eduardo Silva Romero, under the topic “The future of disputes involving States in the light of the Hellenic Council of State Decision No. 246/2022”.
