For many years, he provides legal advice and represents corporate clients and individuals before the Dispute Resolution Directorate and the administrative courts on complex and challenging tax law issues mostly relating to direct and indirect tax issues. He also regularly represents clients before the tax authorities during tax field audits as well as in the context of administrative procedures on a wide spectrum of administrative law topics.
Gregory also deals with customs law and excise duties matters and has been extensively involved in litigation with respect to customs infringements.
