Stavropoulos & Partners law office is an incorporated partnership of lawyers regulated by L. 4194/2013, situated at 58, Kifissias Avenue, Maroussi, Athens, Greece. Stavropoulos & Partners law office is a data controller for the purposes of this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy entails information on how we collect and use your personal data and the rights you have in relation to this data. Note that we reserve the right to amend and update this policy from time to time. You are not required to provide us with your personal data to access any area of this website. However, if you choose to do so by completing the section “Subscribe to Our Newsletter” we are going to collect your email.

In addition, if you choose to send us your resume through the way described in the section ABOUT US/CAREERS, we will collect any data included in your resume for recruitment purposes. However, we strongly recommend that the data send to us for recruitment purposes shall not entail special categories of personal data such as personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership.

Finally, we may collect various personal and other data (e.g. name, surname, title, position in the company you work for, contact information, financial information) in the course of providing legal services to you.

In such case, we will delete your personal data from the relevant database and we will no longer send you newsletters and other similar material.

Moreover we will use your data for recruitment purposes. The legal basis of the processing of your personal data is your consent. If you no longer wish that our law firm keeps your resume you may revoke your consent (see section 6 below). In such case, we will delete your personal data from the relevant database.

Finally we will use your data in order to provide you with the information or services you have requested. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the performance οf the services you have instructed/requested us to provide you.

We will not share or disclose your personal data to any third party except from our IT service providers, who are data processors, act on behalf and under the instructions of our law firm and are bound to comply with all necessary technical and organizational measures for the protection of your personal data.
